- Power of attorney is granted to the financial consultant

- The address of the company’s is specified.
- It capital amount should be at least 10.000 TL. The 2.500 TL of said amount shall be blocked before the bank and shall be allowed to be spend after the foundation of the branch.
- The person or persons who are authorized in the Articles of Incorporation are specified.
- The photocopies of the partners.
- If there is a corporate entity partner then the participation resolution of the Board of Directors of the Corporate entity.
- The Notarized copy of the Authorized Organ Resolution in which the corporate entity specified its natural person representative.
- If the Foreign Shareholder (Partner) or if a foreign national is present in the Administrative Organ. 1.) If a FOREIGN NATURAL PERSON is present among the shareholders, then; Primarily the foreign natural person should be registered into MERSİS (Central Population System) with the documents that are specified below. * Passport Photocopy and its notarized translation, * Document indicating the Residential Address, * Document indicating the Tax Identity Number 2.) If a FOREING CORPORATE ENTITY is present among the shareholders then, then; Primarily the foreign natural person should be registered into MERSİS (Central Population System) with the documents that are specified below, * Document indicating the Tax Identity Number, *The document that is certified by the official authorities of the host country indicating the it is currently active, its lines of activity, its partners or shareholders and its authorized posts, the original of the appostilled DOCUMENT and its notarized translation, * The participation resolution of the foreign national corporate entity (its appostilled original and notarized translation).
- The legal books and the articles of incorporation are certified.
- The Signature Circular and Turkish Trade Registry Gazette are provided.
For establishment of the Company
- 2.500.- TL is deposited to the bank. Said fund may be withdrawn and used after the company is established.
